Many problems may occur with foot such as corns, callousness, blister, heel pain, tinea, warts, odor or cracked heel. 1. Soak your feet in warm water about 10-15 minutes at least once a week. It is helpful for blood circulation of feet, feet relaxation and decrease tenderness after long walking or running.

Especially, if you wear moist shoes or stuffy shoes that can not open to the air and evaporate the sweat. To avoid this problem you have to change your shoes for everyday, clean and expose to the sun. They can protect bacterial growth. If you have to wear the socks, they should be made from the nice materials that easy to ventilate the air. Foot powder or absorbent may be helpful for dry yours feet and absorb moisture. Foot Tinea

Foot tinea is a kind of fungus infection. Primary causes are moisture feet and walking with no shoe at the public places such as swimming pool. The signs and symptoms are heavy itchy around the foot and may have skin lesion together. To protect from Foot Tinea, you have to dry the foot after shower, change the socks or stocking everyday and clean the foot. To cure foot tinea, you have to consult the pharmacist or doctor. Normally, antifungal tablets and antifungal cream are the first choice for treatment guideline. But it takes long time for a treatment course of foot tinea. Moreover, you can use powder or absorbent together with course for fast healing and protection the recurrent.

Cracked heel causes from heavy body weight or hard walking and running for long time. It makes the owner of feet painful, difficult to movement and unpleasant looking.
